Delivery Information

All our items are shipped via insured services. As a standard, we are either using Royal Mail Special Delivery or for high-value items special courier services which provide full insurance. Orders shipped with Royal Mail Special Delivery are guaranteed to arrive the next day after your order status has been despatched. Courier services may take a few extra days. Whether an item is shipped via Royal Mail or Courier is decided by us and we are responsible for it until your order is signed for by you.

International shipments are shipped by either Royal Mail or an international courier service. In either case, the shipment will be fully tracked and insured. Delivery times do vary and can take up to 5 working days, dependent on destination country and your area. Ownership of the item(s) ordered will be transferred to you after signing for the delivery and we will be responsible for your order while in transit.

Currently, our website allows shipping only to the countries selectable in the shopping cart. If you can't find your country in the list but would still like to order from us, please contact us stating which country you want to have a potential order shipped to and what the approximate order value would be. We are happy to work on a solution with you.
